As a valued Kidz-IDz customer, you are entitled to unlimited FREE ID Card renewals. Click here to download and print the Renewal Form. While completing the form, please print clearly, and provide estimates if necessary. Enclose the completed form in an envelope with your child’s photo (optional), the processing fee, and the shipping & handing fee. Affix postage and mail to: Kidz-IDz Card Processing Center, PO Box 4110, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.

Your free updated Child ID Card(s), along with the original photo, and any other products you may have ordered, will be mailed to you within the next four to six weeks.
