Using Your Child’s Identification Products

Kidz-IDz Child Photo ID & Medical Emergency Card

As a general policy, you should always carry your child’s Photo ID & Medical Emergency Card. Whether your child has simply wandered from your side, or a more serious tragedy has occurred, the photo and information contained on this card can be useful when enlisting others for help.

Kidz-IDz Electronic ID

Below please find the files contained in a Kidz-IDz Electronic ID. Please download and save these files to your computer's hard drive; plus to a disk/CD ROM so that it may be stored in a safe place for future reference. (Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to access these files*). Review all the files so that you are familiar with the useful information they contain, should you experience an emergency. Additionally, the Child Profile Sheet can be printed from home for babysitters or other caregivers. If you have Microsoft Word installed on your computer, simply complete the word-version of the Child Profile Sheet. Then save the completed document to your hard drive and/or to a disk/CD ROM before printing. If you do not have Microsoft Word, simply print the pdf-version of the Child Profile Sheet, then complete by hand. If you have access to a scanner, you may scan the completed document and save it to your hard drive and/or to a disk/CD ROM.
